The Black Adders recruit new pilots based on several criteria: Character,  Participation, and the desire to have FUN.  Being a great pilot is not a prerequisite for selection.

Most pilots are recruited through the sponsorship of a current member, and are invited to join us in one or more practice sessions for evaluation.  If you do not have a sponsor, however, feel free to read through our Code of Conduct then fill out the following form.  A squad member will then contact you to inform you of our recruiting status and will invite you to a squad practice session if applicable.
